Our dedicated team of professionals is committed to providing comprehensive and personalized services to enhance the quality of life for individuals of all ages and abilities. We offer a range of services tailored to meet the specific requirements and goals of each individual.
What We Do
Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and holistic approach to teaching individuals how to increase their independence.
How Do We Do This?
We do this in multiple AZ DES-DDD licensed certified settings such as our: Developmental Foster Homes, Adult Day Program, Group Supported Employment, Transportation Services as well as Home and Community Based Services.
Our Services
Adult Day Treatment Program (DTA)
Day treatment for adults with special needs is a specialized program designed to provide comprehensive support and care in a structured and inclusive environment. This program offers various health and wellness, technology and computer skills, cooking skills, and more!

Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS)
​
Respite Care offers relief to a family member or person caring for the member receiving services. This service focuses on increasing the well-being of the mental and emotional state of the member. Respite services can be provided in various settings, including in-home or at specialized facilities, and are tailored to meet each individual's unique needs and preferences. Highly trained respite care providers ensure the safety, well-being, and engagement of individuals with special needs during their temporary stay.

Habilitation Services focus on assisting members with socialization, adaptive skills, independent living skills, and special developmental skills as outlined in the member's Individual Support Plan. The goal is to maximize self-independence through this meaningful and mindful personalized training.

Attendant Care Services provide personal care, homemaking, companionship, and supervision for an eligible member receiving services. The service assists members to maintain living at home or on their own who might otherwise need to live in a residential home or comprehensive care facility.

Group Supported Employment (GSE)
In our group-supported employment program, individuals learn important functional job skills such as customer service skills, money skills, professionalism, and so much more. They will gain the skills needed to have mindful and meaningful employment for work longevity.
